In the last month I have had a courier ask me to sign for a parcel addressed to a different road, and someone try to give me takeaway for a different number on the same road... Neither expected me to check the address before accepting the delivery.But a banker, engaged at enormous expense,Had the whole of their cash in his care.

I stopped using Myhermes ages ago. I just found them too unreliable. One of my favourite was City Link because they were next day.
These days I use Collect+ for the small stuff, Parcelforce for the big and heavy stuff and UPS for anything I think is expensive! Lol
I only ever book with collectmyparcel.com they may not always be the cheapest but they do provide super customer support.0
