So do you hold the log book or did the lease firm?

OK then remove the bits about the lease firm...use ALL the rest.

If you want all costs to be granted you have a VERY high bar to make a Judge sanction a claimant. A costs schedule on its own will not cut it, and you need a list of unreasonableness, blow by blow. And pointing the Judge to the White Book and Denton, should help.

I hold the log book but was unaware that I had to change my details on both the Logbook AND my license. A matter the judge understood and accepted, thus granting the set-aside.

I have copied, tweaked and printed. Fingers crossed.

    My eternal gratitude

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
