Firstly, stop panicking - you won't go to prison.
Second, if you are not currently being chased then you don't need to worry at the moment.
Thirdly, open up a credit card account with a sub-prime lender. Spend on you normal groceries and monthly travel costs. Pay off the balance in full each month after you receive the statement.
Edit: If anyone is looking for you they will find you once you update the electoral register and apply for credit. Then come back here for advice.
