Linoleum/Vinyl Yellowing?

some parts of kitchen Linoleum turning yellow, i have tried Baking Soda, Bleach, Floor Wipes and White Vinegar to no avail.
I was told that my mats which have some rubbery stuff underneath might be the cause due to some antioxidant reacting with the vinyl however, i have the same mats in the living room without any yellowing whatsoever so i just don't know.
This vinyl has been down for six months and cost £600 so i just hope this can be sorted out, i do recall the old vinyl going yellow over time without any mats and wondered if certain types of Lino naturally go yellow.

Do you have the same vinyl in the living room?
It's almost certainly the rubber. It causes a chemical reaction in the vinyl and there's nothing you can do to get rid of it. Lots of "remedies" online to clean it but nothing worked for us.
We had this problem in our kitchen where the doormat and the cat bowl (rubber feet) normally stood. It got worse over time and we decided to replace.
We had a long discussion with the flooring guy when we replaced our kitchen floor and he recommended latex backed mats. We bought one and have no discolouring now on our replacement floor.
Rubber feet on baskets, rubber soled shoes/slippers, rubber backed mats etc - all these will cause yellowing on a lot of vinyl floors.0 -

It is a different type in the living room but the same mats, i am worried about the rubber thing cos having had this kind of set-up for years i'd never heard of it until now!Time Is The Enemy!0

Some of the yellowing in fact about 60% is in places where non of the mats have been, seems to be near the fridge door and along the bottom of kitchen worktops where things or water can land.Time Is The Enemy!0

This is the glue which comes up through very thin vinyl making it go yellow, the glue is put around the edges where you seem to have the problem, make sure you purchase thick vinyl next time!
Is there anything will shift it?Time Is The Enemy!0
