I paid for a holiday to Disney Paris on my credit card,on the second day I had a heart attack and ended up in hospital,can I reclaim from the credit card company for the holiday I did not fully have.

Your travel insurance should cover that, not the CC company.

Having a medical event which prevents you from travelling is something that is more likely to be covered by an insurance policy (like your travel insurance, assuming you took out a policy before you travelled). By all means try talking to your CC company, but I suspect they will fob you off to someone else.

Your CC company is only liable under section 75 protection if something went wrong with the actual items/packages you paid for and you cannot reclaim the money from the original seller (eg. hotel closed, or flights were cancelled because the airline went bust). It basically there to protect your rights when businesses go under, rather than as replacement insurance policy.

Only if its one of those cards like some Amex's that automatically give you holiday insurance if you buy the whole holiday through them.
