INdeed, you should have had your NORMAL costs given !

Yeah it was frustrating. Judge didn’t even give me the time to talk him through the cost schedule and why.

Lawyer representing Gladstones didn’t have a clue either. Such a bumbling mess.

Judge again was disappointed to be doing another parking charge case.

Oh well! That’s all the parking charges dealt with now.

Thanks so much for everyone’s input. This forum is a great platform for people wanting to fight parking charges. Keep up the good work!!!!

    Well done LewiiiD, again!

    Another one bites the dust!

The Judge is WRONG not to even consider your costs for attending. Shocking.

Here's today's list. 48 cases nationally - a crazy misuse of the small claims courts.

A few set asides that day, hopefully all granted.

Just out of interest where are these court lists sourced? I saw on the "parkingcowboys" page linked to earlier that it's just blank - is this a dynamic page that lists county court hearings only on the day of any hearing, and goes blank until the next available list?

Seems to be, that's why I copy and paste the list (although the formatting isn't pretty) rather than a link, which will change once the day is over.

    This is the link:

    https://www.parkingcowboys.co.uk

But it's listed (as I write) 'Court case daily listings (as a hyperlink) on 10th December 2018' (go figure, but it brings up the day's list). It shows a blank screen over the weekend. Try very late tonight, or tomorrow morning.

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Yes, it will only show the next day's hearings on a weekday.
