Best ‘scrubbable’ paint?

Hi,
We’re looking to re-decorate the house with a good quality paint, and noticed that some paints are easy to clean, which would be perfect for us as we have 4 cats who love to slide down from the bay windows with muddy paws.
The Dulux Easycare Washable and Velspar V700 seem to be the main options... would we be better off going for one of these, or something like a Johnstone’s/Dulux trade paint and sacrificing the washable factor?
Thanks

Not sure why you ate saying choosing trade paint will mean sacrifing washing. Trade paint has got bit more pigment than normal retail Paint and is washable. I have used above mentioned trade diamond and yes it is expensive but it's worth it. I managed to go from dark red to almond white in just one quote which I don't think I would have done with normal retail paint.
Also look at johnstones trade paint. They will match any dulux colour and is generally bit cheaper.
Only thing to note when using trade paint is they are thicker so you need to be careful around edged or you will get brush marks. I thin the paint by about 5% and that helps.0 -
Thank you so much guys - the Dulux Diamond looks perfect, but it’s not cheap at £69 for 5L! Will check out Johnstones too and see how the price compares0
