You can get a chargeback and full refund from your bank/card provider if you:


1) Contact the promoter and/or venue - explain you have bought tickets on Viagogo and ask if they will grant you permission to the show with tickets that aren't in your name


2) Either replies saying you wont get entry or the tickets are invalid.


3) You pass this info to your bank or credit cards dispute department.


This is what happened with 1000s of people who bought Ed Sheeran tickets although it works with any concert if you can get the evidence required.
