Hi Folks
I'll be looking to sell a bungalow when the probate process has gone through. It should be a straight forward sell for me.

Just wondering if anyone has used this company. Conveyancing Marketing Services (CMS) Ltd. They seem pretty good on price but would be happy to think about others. The property value is around £275K.

Thanks in advance.

  • Get a copy of the legal title for the property.
Does it have lots of entries or is it very short?
Assuming its freehold, not recently built, has very few title entries then cheap is fine
the complication with probate sales is that you can't give clear answers about a lot of things that are asked on the property forms. You might speak to the lawyer acting about how best to deal with those.
