Tax Credits Overpayment, Paid Back To Much.

Hi all,
I'm looking for some advice....
I am currently on Universal Credit and PIP due to falling ill.
My ex partner moved out in Jan 16, we owed tax credits an overpayment which we were paying back.
Since Jan 17 I started paying back my half of the debt from my Universal Credit, I owed just over 600 pounds. From my maths, I have paid far more back than I should have, to which I contacted Debt management.
I spoke to a guy who informed me that I had been paying back my ex partners half of the overpayment....
I was told this should all be sorted and money owed to me would be paid back, nearly 300 pounds.
He said he would call me back in a week to give me an update.
Never heard anything...
I called them to ask what was happening... A very rude man informed me that it would be sorted, I also asked him to get the gentleman who was dealig with it to call me back as he said he would... The guy said he didn't think the man who was dealing with it would like it....
I have today logged on to my Uiversal credit account to check how much I am getting this month, the money for the "Overpayment" has bee taken again!!!
I'm fumming with them, I have proved and they agreed I don't owe them anything! They owe me money!
Has anyone been in situation before?
I am going to call them today but I just feel like I'm talking to a brick wall!
They are taking 50 pound a month off me and I really can't afford it...
TIA
