YET ANOTHER SP problem
Looking for some phone numbers for SP.
Having a nitemare, far too complex to go into. But even after ruling in my favour by Ombusman, still getting no joy. This on going problem, is def not being addressed. Have spent many hours on phone, no one ever rings me back. Just get standard patronizing emails, fobbing me off.
I know it’s a big ask, but need to get pass the wall of operators, supervisors etc and find a named person who can sort this out.
The MD phone number would be helpful. Lol
