Yes it is. Exactly the same as the one you posted earlier - in post #21. ;)
  • Sorry, I got carried away sending the link lol! That's fab - I know there are grammatical errors here and there, it's the first draft - yes I saw two 5's too. I've been having a lot of late nights recently.
  • Hi All, just wondered if anyone had had the chance to look through my defence and see how it was looking? Its only the first draft, so any critique is welcomed. Many thanks!

You have a point that says 'being a BPA member...'

...but they aren't! They might be corporate BPA members, but not AOS.

You also have lots of quotes from what you call the 'BPS' Code of Practice...

...no such thing, they are in the IPC AOS anyway so you need to Google that CoP.

I would remove the point about distance contracts, as it doesn't seem to be a point Judges are ever interested in.

    And here, you mean 'deterrent':
5.5 The Supreme Court was only prepared to accept a charge (£85) that was sufficient to act as a distinctive and that was worth collecting.

  • Hi Coupon-Mad, that's fab thanks, I will get to editing my doc. I have been away a few days (unexpected birthday gift) but I will try and load up my defence on here as I think the admin team have managed to sort out the problem.

You name must be visible in one of your links, I'm guessing. Best to remove it.
