    I don't understand

Challenge it if you wish, though partially obscured by the trees there is a no entry sign on both sides of the road, and all the cars are facing one way.
  • So you didn't notice the two "no entry" signs, one each side of the road, or the big white letters that say "no entry" painted on the road? (I assume the second picture is of the road from the direction you entered).

    Sorry what was your question?

If you see his other thread that's not enough to warrant being done for that offence.

I am not going to dispute them on that. As it is technically possible to avoid that road by seeing it. It's just very hard to do. I don't want them to ignore the whole case because of that.

The PCN did not mention me ignoring the red signs.
  • You did ignore them, unless you can show you complied with then or the signage is defective or there's no TRO you'll lose.

OBJECTION! I did not ignore a white arrow on a blue sign specified by the PCN. Feel free to send me a PCN specifying the correct offence
  • The sign does not match the streetview. Sign says dead end, the streetview is a no entry sign.

So you drove into a road with the signs shown, the reason for the dead end is the no entry point. The dead end sign/part of the street is not the issue. The issue is you drove through a no entry point and drove the wrong way down a one way street, which i suspect will have had one way arrows at some point also.

    Ticket appears to be correct.

  • I was once stopped by a policeman while I was driving, he said 'this roads one way', I said 'I'm only going one way', he said 'didnt you see the arrows?' I said 'see the arrows? I didnt even see the Indians'................ It all went down hill from there
