Is there a helpline for intermediaries/support/agents for universal credit? I'm often asked to support clients but it's impossible to get through on the public helpline.☹️

What sort of support and clients? Are you doing this in an official capacity?
Why not get in touch with DWP explain who you are and what your organisation is and see if they can point you in the right direction.
If there is a Helpline they won't just give the number out "willy nilly"0 -
