Just done a quick search and can't find this posted sorry if it has
anyway seen this on Hotukdeals..
Apply for the Oyster card from barclay's and after your first purchase they will credit it with £25. Buy a packet of chewing gum pay on the card, pay it off in full and get some free money. Here's the oringnal link on hotukdeals.

and the barclaycard link:

Existing cardholders can't fill in their online application - they have to phone instead. Except that when you finally find someone at their call centre who understands the question they say it IS available to existing holders... if you apply online. An email to Barclaycard to clarify the position received the response that they are unable to answer the question by email because it's not secure and I might not be the cardholder...??? Presumably the £25 is compensation for the time you have to waste dealing with these people. Has anyone managed to get a straight answer to this question?0

Just applied for this Online.
Did not get a decision immediately (Don't know why my credit rating is A+) so I (eventually) rang on
0800 7310200
Apparently the "Software is not working yet" so I have to ring back in "an hour or two" to check.
Usual efficiency from Barclays then :rolleyes:0 -
I applied the other day and they said they will have to investigate more and will contact me with their decision.....
Confusing because I am already a barclaycard holder.0
