Not sure what you are asking. Are you asking why your history already shows you are a lower loan risk despite the fact you've never had a loan before, or are you asking how your history could ever show you as a lower loan risk unless you take one out and pay it back first?

Either way, does it really matter? You have managed to take out your first loan without any problems so whatever the lender checked before granting it can't have been anything to worry about.
