What is the very latest you can ask for a PIP MR?

Hello folks,
I know that you usually have to ask for a pip decision MR within a month of the decision letter, but are there any grounds that you can ask for an MR after a year, or would they more than likely look on it as a change of circumstances and get me to fill in the form again?
I ask because I live in N Ireland and only get standard mobility under pip, but because I got middle rate care on DLA before migration to pip, I will get 3/4 of what I have lost for next year only.
I didn't want to take chance to loose the whole award.
hence the late MR question.

Have you had a change in your circumstances/condition since the assessment?0 -
Yes, you have 1 month to ask for the MR but you do in fact have 13 months with good reason, however i'm not sure this reason would be good enough.justaquestion wrote: »Hello folks,

My opinion is you either think you should have been awarded more points and ask for the MR or you leave it as it is. If your condition gets worse then report a change of circumstances in the future but by doing this you risk losing everything.

yes thanks for replies.
I was one point short for daily care, as stated in previous threads, but on balance I didn't want to take the chance and loose the lot in an MR.
When the one year will be up I will be paid standard mobility form then on.0 -
I realise you don't want to take a chance but it's rare for the decision to change at MR stage anyway.justaquestion wrote: »yes thanks for replies.
