UC and Tax Refund

I have tried to google yet become confused with various answers to the subject.
Currently on Universal Credit, and I am due a tax refund just shy of £800.

My question is, will this be deducted from my next Universal Credit payment as income?

Meaning I woun't be able to pay some bills and give my rent etc the much need extra cash they demand.

If so the little happy bubble of everything is going to be alright is about to pop and yesterdays omg the council tax now want me to find £80 a month depressed mood shall return.

Why is money an element no matter how hard you try you cannot control therefore triggers depression

Yes, this will be counted as income and will affect your UC that month. CTR isn't part of UC and needs to be claimed separately by contacting your local council.

It depends - if the tax refund relates to a tax year you were in paid work then yes it counts.

Fingers crossed I get a job before the cheque is issued and the 3 month cashing period has passed.....
