No credit history showing on Experian since move 18 months ago...

I'm intrigued to hear others thoughts and experiences with this...
My husband and I moved 18 months ago and I just checked my Experian account after Nationwide declined us at decision in principle stage for a further advance for home renvovations.
I've found that none of my credit activity since we moved has registered on my name, haven't checked for the husband yet. No mortgage, no virgin or EE, not on the electoral roll (I confirmed this as a no change last week and have voted twice since moving). I even opened a credit card with Nationwide in February with no issue and that's not showing! My old history from before the move is showing as complete/ paid off.
I've updated my address with Experian but just slightly baffled. I'll obviously be calling them to figure out why I've dropped off the credit radar - joy...

Call them and find out.
But it’s also up to the banks etc to update the CRA’s as well0 -
Once the new address is added, the data should flow through.
Remember to check your other two files, just in case the same issue has happened.0
