I got a pcn from Islington council for a 31j entering and stopping in a box junction when prohibited over 6 weeks after incident occurred. Is there a time limit the council have to send out the pcn? If so how would I go about appealing this.

You would be better taking this over to our friends on peipoo.com as they are the council and police motoring experts, whereas we tend to specialise in private parking charges.
