  • So our solicitor didn't do a very good job for us then the artfullod?

    Davesnave - our solicitor says that they have done things correctly and the transfer plan was correct and they say they dont know why the loan company are saying there is a small piece of land that doesnt look like its our - appears like they didnt.............

    Do you think its a Land Register error?

    I cannot advise further. I know that when a relative had problems with a vague title plan, the immediate area was re-surveyed by Ordnance Survey and matters were later clarified at the Land Registry. I've no idea if the survey was part of a rolling programme and would have happened anyway, or if it was because shortcomings in the OS map of that area were revealed.
