At that height it would not need to be toughened.
Your choice if you want to replace with toughened..The world is not ruined by the wickedness of the wicked, but by the weakness of the good. Napoleon0 -
We had some idiot smash our car window in the early hours so i can sympathize but i would consider a door with a tiny diamond or square window possibly to try and avoid this in future. At that height it would not need to be toughened.

The blue is packing so no issue there. If no BR requirement for toughened then it is down to you to specify. You should have been asked what you wanted for each window, argon filled, toughened, laminated, UV filtration, colour of beading, rain repellent, you can even specify thickness if you want. If you just went for their cheapest offering then it will be bog standard glass.0
