Hi all,
My girlfriend and I have put down an early bird reservation on one of the amazing Rosas homes by Strata on their Kudos site in Leeds (very exciting!!!)
While we were viewing yesterday, one of the girls in the sales office told us that we would need to negotiate on incentives for carpets, flooring, tiles etc.
I just wanted to find out what is the best way to go about negotiating things like this? Does anyone have any past experiences they could share, both good and bad?
