    I do have to ask, why do you think the loan (as opposed to the PPI) was missold?

    You should be aware that certain brokers of loans were not regulated prior to 2005. Your mums broker sounds as if it wasn't regulated, and that they have rejected your complaint, and found instead that you are eligible for a PLevin payout due to an undisclosed high commission...
    Who sold this loan to your mother and when?
