Whoever has responded to you in the past has clearly been in error somewhere. It seems to me they've already sent you everything that remains.I still feel that if they have destroyed the data, the right thing to do would be to just tell me rather than stringing me along with false promises of 'it's on its way'.
Complaining to the ICO about this will get you nowhere if the records no longer exist.0
