Removing pain from ceramic tiles

I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to remove satin paint (onecoat) drips from ceramic tiles?
Is it best to gently scrape off rather than use a solvent?
Are there any gentle solvents/paint removers that would not damage the tiles?
Many thanks!

You might be lucky, if they are shiny tiles, using a blade laying it almost flat to the tile and scrape gently, the paint should flake off. It's normally very difficult to paint a ceramic tile. If it is a non-shiny tile, it might be more difficult and you might have to resort to white spirits or methylated spirits.0

Probably cheaper virtually anywhere else though

Just use a stanley blade and scrape off the drips.
You don't even have to be that gentle.0
