Question over safety in holiday cottages

It's common courtesy and good business sense to be clear about any property with restrictions like super low ceilings, doorways and any other issues that affect access and general comfort and safety to guests I suppose.
Personally I'd make that absolutely crystal clear in the advert or brochure / booking and if anything try to make it a selling point so that anyone coming to stay would at least expect to walk into an Alice in Wonderland type cottage. We live at the !!!! end of nowhere on a private dirt track road - no street lighting nothing but moonlight and sheer luck to guide you. Road is so knackered we'd need to throw in a full set of complimentary tyres if we had guest accommodation
Think having warning notices and too many safety / caution signs around places like that takes off that charm of it being a cottage but I'd definitely include a few subtle “Please mind your head” signs in wooden or slate plaques in keeping with the decor. Bathrooms always make me twitch and it's amazing how many bathroom in SC cottages, cabins and other properties have put all the time, effort and expense in making it look beautiful but absolutely lethal.
The general health and safety stuff has to be there regardless i.e. electrics / PAT tested appliances, gas / fire alarms, extinguishers and all that kind of thing.
Otherwise I think above and beyond that is at guests own risk within reason.0
