TERMS AND CONDITIONS for “CRAZY RICH ASIANS" Online Competition These terms should be read with our general competition terms at: http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition-terms.html which also apply to this Competition.



1.COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN

To take part in the competition, the entrant must answer the question correctly. All correct answers will go into a random draw and one winner will be chosen by random electronic draw and awarded the prize.

Online entry and entry is free.

3. DATES Start Date and End Date. From 00:01 on 10th September 2018 (Start Date) to 23:59 on 16th September 2018. (End Date).



Entries received before the Start Date or after the End Date will be invalid.



4. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS

• Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over on date of entry.

• Our employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in the Competition, incl. the Prize Provider, must not enter.

Anyone who has won a bauer Competition to the value of £500 or more in the past 6 months or less, is not eligible to enter this competition.

The Winner and their guest must have a valid UK Passport

5. THE PRIZE



This is a shared prize across 8 bauer brands. The brands are radio CLyde, Free Radio, Gem Radio, Metro Radio, TFM Radio, Hits Radio, Wave 105 and KISS



There will be one winner who will win one prize consisting of:

•Dates of travel are weekends from 11th January until 29th April 2019, excluding French and local national holidays. This travel period cannot be amended or extended.
•Winners will forfeit the prize if they fail to depart before 26th April 2019.
•Prize is subject to availability, has no cash alternative, is non-transferable and non-refundable.
•Both winner and guest must be aged 18 or over.
•Hotels are based on two people sharing one room. The hotels will take a credit card pre-authorisation or cash deposit to cover any incidentals.
•Winner and his/her guest are solely responsible for all other meals and expenses not specifically set forth herein.
•Winner and his/her guest must have and are responsible for valid passports or European ID cards, which are valid for travel, and visas/permissions if applicable.
•Except for the one guest permitted to you as part of your prize, you are not allowed to bring any additional family members or guests on the Prize trip. Your guest may not be selected through any further contest, promotion or commercial event. You and your guest must travel on the same itinerary from a Sponsor-selected airport near your home. Once selected, your guest may not be changed without the express consent of Warner, which Warner may grant or withhold in its sole discretion.
•Any potential winner and his/her proposed guest will be required to sign a prize acceptance and release form in order to be eligible to win and/or participate in the prize.


The Prize is provided by Warner Bros UK.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.



OTHER CONDITIONS



1. DATA PROTECTION. Names, email addresses, and /or telephone numbers (which, for all SMS competitions, will be shared with our SMS provider,) will be collected and used to process entries. Winner’s details may be given to the prize provider to arrange delivery of the prize. Your details may remain stored after the End Date but will not be used for marketing unless you have ticked an opt-in box on entry. 2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONSENTS. By entering this Competition, you are consenting to our use of your entry both to publicise this Competition, our radio station or any other radio station which we own or control. This means that we may use all names, images, descriptions, photographs video footage, and other information, which you’ve submitted on entry, in any media, without paying you and without any time restriction. You also agree that we may film, record or photograph you in connection with the competition and /or the Prize (if you win!). We will own these films, recordings or photographs and we may use them publicly, including on the internet, for our radio broadcasts and/or for any promotional purposes. You will also have waived any moral rights or right to payment that you may have had.



3. MISCELLANEOUS.

a. Entries that don’t comply with these terms won’t be accepted and you may be disqualified if we think you’ve breached them.

b. Participants may not enter more than once

c. If there is a dispute about the operation of the Competition or correctness of any answers given, our decision is final and no discussion will be entered into on this subject.

d. The correct answers to questions must exactly match our answers to win.

e. We are not responsible if you fail to get through when you call / text to enter, or if you lose signal during a call.

f. You are responsible for all costs of entry.

g. You may be disqualified if you are incomprehensible, inaudible or if you appear to be driving, intoxicated or likely to offend listeners.

h. Whilst on-air, you must not make inappropriate or offensive statements.

i. As far as it is lawful to do so we exclude our liability for any losses suffered in connection with the Competition / the Prize.

j. We may cancel / amend / end / suspend the Competition if we need to do so due to circumstances outside our control.
