You should be able to find the account numbers on the top of letters received by them or go to their website and use the live chat option.0

This was taken from this link.I am a pensioner with a low income...I used to receive the Warm Home Discount when I was with EOn but moved house last year into rented accommodation and now have both gas & electricity supplied by British Gas using prepayment keys.
I just assumed the WHD would automatically be paid, but it didn't arrive.
I tried to apply online to BG but I don't know what the account numbers are for the prepayment keys... I didn't set up the account and I don't know what to do next. I want to apply online as I am deaf so cannot use the phone.

You qualify for the discount if on 8 July 2018 all of the following applied:- your energy supplier was part of the scheme
- your name (or your partner’s) was on the bill
- you were getting the Guarantee Credit element of Pension Credit (even if you get Savings Credit as well)
How to apply
You’ll receive a letter by 7 December 2018 telling you how to get the discount if you qualify.
Your letter will say if you need to call a helpline by 28 February 2019 to confirm your details.
Your electricity supplier will apply the discount to your bill by the end of March 2019.
I you didn't qualify on that date then you'll need to apply through low income.0 -
The refund is yours no matter whether you change suppliers after it’s been paid to your account.Be happy, it's the greatest wealth
