Wow, if its this much hassle to go through when you were absolutely in no way wrong then I may as well just pay the £60 that I got from the same car park? I don't have all this knowledge, time or mental stability for that matter 😭
Falling perfectly into the trap set for you by scammers, their ideal victim.  Your £60 will provide them further lifeblood to continue targeting and attacking the vulnerable in the UK's society, many of whom will not have the ready cash you appear to have, for many, £60 is a whole week's food budget.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

It is very unlikely that thus will ever get to court imo.  I suspect that many of these companies will have gone to the wall by the time courts start resume face to face hearings.  Please do not pay them a penny, let them go bust.

You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

@Riisargh5 What happened with your case in the end mate? I believe I got the same PCN as you (17/03/2020) when parking at the train station car park. BW Legal are bombarding me with LOC's. I'm just willing to wait it out and take them to court.

He/she hasn't been around the forum for at least 4 months and may never see your question. Perhaps send them a PM which should trigger an email to them to say you're trying to make contact.

However, given what they said before they left the forum, I suspect you might be able to guess the outcome .....

@BWSYM, you really shouldn't be 'waiting it out'.

Best you start reading the second post of the NEWBIES thread where you will find that the first few paragraphs tell you exactly how to deal with a Letter of Claim.

If, having read that, you still have questions then please start your own thread as continuing on this thread will only lead to confusion.

@KeithP Thank you very much Sir, I've had a look and followed the protocol for dealing with a Letter of Claim.
  • Hi All
To keep this short and to the point, I have had the same issue with regards to Blackburn Railway Car Park, BW Legal and as neither party are backing down, we are going to court. Happy for us to speak to each other either via group or direct message. Please get in touch as i want to know where your at and some follow up questions I have.
