Selling Shared Ownership house

I am thinking about selling my 3bed SO house to try and buy a smaller property on the open market.
The property has increased in value by nearly £50k as I had it valued recently
I own 40% share.
My question is , do the HA take a share of that profit, and if so, how much.
Any ideas?

I've just sold my shared ownership property, if the 100% value of the property has gone up by 50k and you own 40% then you will get 40% of the 50k.
Contact the company that owns the 60% share and ask them.0
