Good Afternoon everyone,

I am writing in regards to the conclusion of this case.

I had a hearing yesterday and surprisingly CEL hired a representative that attended. It was a long session around 1 and half hour. We presented our statements and initially in the verdict the Judge declined all my arguments but they agreed on the ruling of grace period, which allows me 20 mins instead of 10 as CEL had argued. The case was dismissed and CEL was ordered to pay me costs for travelling to the court.

I want to thank everyone for their support and the people who have contributed and continue to contribute to the community and try to save the general pubic of such leeches. Keep up the good work chaps - you guys make a huge difference.

Could you provide me with the case number, court and judge please? My day in court is in a few weeks so this will prove handy.

I cannot provide the details due to confidentiality reasons but I can tell you that the Judge was a lady and it was at Centre City Tower in Birmingham.
