I applied for UC LCW in Jan. It is now Sept. In 2 weeks time I am to have a medical. If I get enough points when will I receive a decision. I have been getting the standard payment minus deductions . I am struggling and destitute. I am a vulnerable, disabled, adult. I am in a lot of debt and have received a "Notice of Possession" on my home due to errors in my claim which where not down to me . My health has seriously declined during this period. I have visited food banks. I have provided everything I have been asked. This service is a disgrace and should be paused. This is only my own personal view.

After your assessment decision times vary, it all depends on backlog in your area. You won't receive any extra money unless you're given LCWRA, if this is the decision then you'll receive and extra £328 per month.rowandrive43 wrote: »I applied for UC LCW in Jan. It is now Sept. Are you renting your home or is it a mortgage? If you're renting then so you receive a housing element in with your UC payment? If you don't then you should be.
Do you claim DLA or PIP?0
