Karcher SC1020 Steam Cleaner - No Steam

Hi,

Wondering if anyone can help with this:


Got a Karcher SC1020 Steam Cleaner and its stopped producing any steam when the trigger is pressed.

1) I've replaced the safety cap valve
2) Used the descaling sticks to ensure there was no blockage

It powers on and boils the water fine and after several mins, the yellow light turns off, leaving the green light to indicate it is ready for use, but nothing happens when the trigger is pressed.

Any ideas?
