We would like to remind you that the car park offers free parking for a maximum stay of ninety minutes when using our store only. If you wish to use other local stores or facilities before or after completing your shopping in Aldi, we kindly ask that the vehicle is moved. We value your custom and hope that you will continue to shop with us.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Thank you, valid points there, scares me that people may actually pay these thugs. The Aldi car park is the only way pretty much to access our high street, so they know people use it for that. We've no choice.
Would I contact local council to get a copy of their planning permission?MFW #185

Come back and help other newbies going through this. You have first-hand experience. I have absolutely no personal direct experience whatsoever, just that PE decided to mess with one of my own, over 5 years ago, so I decided to exact long term revenge. 19,000+ posts and I guess I've dented their wallet far more than they could have ever dented my loved one's.
And the wallets of a whole host of other parasites have taken a big hit too. Well done PE!Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
