Its absolutely the right avenue when private sales go awry and the vehicle sold is proven to be in a dangerous condition at point of sale OR the vehicle wasn't as described in the advert. But it must meet the minimum Protocols in order to make a claim.I would have thought that MCOL is the wrong avenue for a private sale car buyer to be using to dispute a purchase against another private sale car seller. Surely Caveat Emptor apples here?0
