Between stripping the walls, plastering, waiting for it to dry before I can decorate, having the flooring fitted could easily end up being a couple of months or more.
As for 'a lot of fuss', Using a couple of adapters to relocate the signal (if such a device had been available) seems like a very simple solution to me.
It looks like I'll be going for the simple solution of a couple of aerial extension leads across the floor. If they're in the way during the day they can just be unplugged & moved.0
