Hello
When I have looked on my credit report I have a old PayPal account that continues to default each month from a couple of years ago but my partner said she paid but is there a way to find out which debt collection it is with because PayPal are not being too helpful really but it’s affecting my credit report

Defaults satay on credit files for 6 years paid or unpaid.

So did it default and then your partner paid the debt ?
And your asking if the default should stay on your report ?0
