I haven't managed to work it out either - I thought it was just me! Other brands seem to say you should drink it, which would make sense with it being flavoured I guess?

It gives you the nutritional information so I took a chance a drank it and I'm still here! Didn't do anything for me though.

It's apparently intended to be used as an alternative to products like Kalms for easing stress and anxiety (consumed via the mouth) but the medical claims as yet are unproven so they have to be careful with the labeling.  So not much use in applying to your skin, unless you've got an anxious dog who likes to lick you!
