POFA2012 only protects keepers, not drivers, so POFA goes out of the window when people blab about these things, sometimes when you are in a hole , the best thing to do is stop digging

how many police and crime programmes have you seen where they want a confession which saves them having to prove their case and they let the person blabbing dig their own grave (instead of the solictor recommended NO COMMENT interview ?)
