PIP claim - how long for forms to arrive?

If a person rang the DWP call centre to ask for a PIP claim form, and then did the preliminary part over the phone, how long does it take for the actual claim form to arrive? The original phone call was made about two weeks ago.

Shouldn't take too long. As you say "it was about 2 weeks ago" give DWP a ring and ask if it's been sent.
