If ITV have reason to believe that an individual entrant to their competitions or prize draws has made 30 or more entries using different phone numbers from any one entry platform then the Promoter will treat this as an attempt to unfairly influence the competition or prize draw and all entries submitted by that entrant will be discounted.

The winner must be a UK resident aged 18 years or over at the time of entering the competition, and may be required to confirm proof of age and eligibility.

A single online entry costs £2 plus any standard network rate message where applicable. Paid and free entry bundles may be offered from time to time as stated on the website.

In the case of multiple entries received in an envelope or postcard, only one entry will be entered into the Prize Draw. Sufficient postage must be paid – any entries without sufficient postage will be discounted.

Car
This element of the prize consists of a Mazda CX-5 165 165ps 2WD Sport Nav+ in Soul Red Crystal Metallic exterior colour, including first registration fee, road tax for the first year and a full tank’s worth of fuel or close thereto.

The Prize Provider will use reasonable efforts to deliver the car to the winner’s home address within 3 months of receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner. Such documentation includes without limitation a valid insurance cover note to register the car and current driver’s licence, current and valid photo ID such as a UK passport and a proof of address. The winner is responsible for insuring the car and all other costs associated with taking up the prize. The winner may choose to register the car in another person’s name subject to receipt of correct and valid documentation for that person.

£10,000 Travel Voucher
The element of the prize includes:
One (1) voucher to spend on a bespoke holiday comprised of the Winner’s choice of a single holiday or multiple holidays up to a combined maximum value of £10,000 (the “Chosen Holiday(s)”);
The Winner may choose to include in the Chosen Holiday(s) the following elements, including, but not limited to hotel accommodation, return flights and return transfers between the destination airport(s) and hotel accommodation, transport in the destination country (such as car hire, internal flights), activities, excursions or such other elements as are agreed with the personal travel consultant.
The Winner may choose any number of Companion(s) for the Chosen Holiday(s);
If more than one holiday is selected, the Winner may choose to travel with different Companions on each holiday. However, on each given holiday, the Companion(s) must travel on the same itinerary as the Winner.
Subject to availability, the Winner may select their chosen destination(s) and trip duration through a Wexas Travel consultant, from the trips and destinations available;
If the Winner’s Chosen Holiday(s) exceed the Maximum Spend, the Winner must pay any cost above the Maximum Spend, the Winner shall be advised of this additional cost at booking by the Wexas Travel Consultant;
If the Chosen Holiday(s) fall short of the £10,000 value, no cash exchange will be offered and the remaining amount will be forfeited; and
One travel wallet and four luggage labels.
