    It's more like scratching themselves in the foot, the referral will still outweigh the difference in commission :)
  • I'd say that I'm happy to knock money off for legit work that needa doing. What I'm not happy with is possibly undiagnosed issues popping up a year later and costing far in excess of that.

    Well that always might happen, but in this case i think the chances are that diagnosed problems will fail to pop up a year later......
  • I see what you mean, but does it not seem feasible that I'm bring mis sold something, then other damp problems elsewhere in the building might have been overlooked?
