I'd say that I'm happy to knock money off for legit work that needa doing. What I'm not happy with is possibly undiagnosed issues popping up a year later and costing far in excess of that.0

I see what you mean, but does it not seem feasible that I'm bring mis sold something, then other damp problems elsewhere in the building might have been overlooked?0
