Accident at work

I have no intention of passing judgment, just alerting the OP to the fact that any claim may result in loss of employment. There 6 posts excluding mine and there has been one recommendation, judging by the question mark after it its not a recommendation more mention of a company that im assuming theyve heard of. - for the avoidance of doubt it was a joke.
Looks like im speaking on behalf of everyone at the moment doesnt it?
The op asked a simple question, for recommendaation of proffersionals who can deal with accident at work claims. Everyone jsut wants to be nosy and pass judgement.
I mean its such a simple question, id imagine a solicitor that is no win/no fee wont be shy in telling someone if they think they have case or not. BUt obviously people who will have so little information on the internet need to pre vet that for the no win no fee solicitor.0 -

This forum is not hear for handholding and 'oh dear'ing.
I believe the forum is to offer helpful advice in all things money. Like recommendations for a no win no fee accident at work solicitor.
But here you are telling me you can only google that question. I must be mistaken.
Youre right im nobody, to be fair though, their isnt any advice for me to cast judgement on. Im casting judgement on the distinct lack of advice. But thats semantics.0 -

Absolutely, and just to reiterate what many have said.
Lack of MONEY is exactly what can result because of things like this.
Those personal injury solicitors don't advertise that bit0 -
Yup i believe you.I have no intention of passing judgment, just alerting the OP to the fact that any claim may result in loss of employment.
Im slating people for not offering the advice and you come out after offering a bit of advice and say it was a joke.
Bye bye any credibility there mightve been in this thread.
Were not painting ourselves in glory here.0 -

If your opinion of this forum is so low I wonder why you have bothered to post over five thousand times?
What are you on about the general level?
Youve got a general level of my posts from how many pages of my posting history, 1 or 2?
I think the forum is fantastic. Some members less so.
Are you going to share your experience with the OP or not?0 -

ANd gaining money is excatly what can result because of things like this.
Why are you being deliberately obtuse about it, is it because you dont have any experience of note in with no win no fee solictors? The court system? I mean you could properly explain yourself and really help the OP understand your joking comments. Why arent you?0 -

I already have.....Whilst there are circumstances when it is in your best overall interest to sue your current employer they are few and far between!
What exactly happened and in what way do you consider the employer to be at fault?
If they answer my question I will respond further.0 -

Thats not any experience. Thats an ambiguous statement and a question.
So which no win no fee injury at work solicitors have you dealt with that you would recommend?0 -
ANd gaining money is excatly what can result because of things like this. - Gain £5,000, lose job. No reference, on JSA / UC for 6 months... Should the OP not be aware of such a risk?
Why are you being deliberately obtuse about it, is it because you dont have any experience of note in with no win no fee solictors? - definitely not! The court system? - lots of experience, both civil and criminal I mean you could properly explain yourself and really help the OP understand your joking comments. Why arent you?
Just again to clarify, my 'recommendation' was a joke.
The rest is quite serious0 -
Telling people what they want to hear is often the worst advice...Yup i believe you.
Im slating people for not offering the advice and you come out after offering a bit of advice and say it was a joke.

OP for what it's worth - this thread obviously gone wrong.
If you want a no win / no fee solicitor, they're everywhere (bit like rats, you're never more than 30ft from one of them! - again a joke)
They will take a big cut of any compensation if you win. You might lose AND the employer may still decide to sack your husband.
It's a massive gamble for what sounds like a relatively minor injury (though of course take good care of hubby over next few days). If work offer a week off with full pay that is pretty much what you would get if you won, so there's your ball park.0
