Switch still in progress 3 months later
I am having similar problems to others with the dreadful Economy Energy.
Unfortunately, my MSE Cheap Energy Club account is saying I still have my switch TO Economy Energy still in progress, despite it having happened 3 months ago.
Has anyone else experienced this and does anyone know whether there is a way that the switch can be marked as completed in MSE Cheap Energy Club? I can then use the Club to arrange a change of provider. I suspect I could arrange to change provider myself but I really appreciate how the Club works.

Asked the same question almost 3 years ago - was supplier was changed manually by MSE Roxanne who said:
