Bing safesearch pop up - strict enabled

Keep getting a pop up when I search on Edge Bing regarding their safesearch, the rest of the page is blank with no results showing. In Bing settings it doesn't give me a choice but says the region I live in, ie the UK, requires strict enabled and it is showing as strict in the settings (there is no choice to change it).
Any ideas? it's only started happening today. Why is Bing saying the UK must have strict enabled? It doesn't matter what I search the pop up comes up telling me I have blocked adult content and if I want to view more adult pages I should go to settings! Its not like I'm even searching for adult content, message pops up on whatever search term I put in.
When I search my laptop for safesearch I am taken to the Cortana page where it shows as moderate setting (which is what I thought I had Bing set to), but I have Cortana switched off anyway.

Any ideas welcome. I'm still stuck with strict search, just tried to search for a roll of Disney wallpaper and again got the pop up!
Looks like I'll be going back to using Google.0 -
Try Duck Duck search engine, no problem changing settings.0
