Barclaycard Masterloan PPI

Hi Everyone
I'm not sure how to go about my claim as I definitely think I do have at least one claim as I had several loans through Barclaycard Masterloan but it was in the 80's and I definitely don't have the paperwork anymore so:
A. Would it be worth contacting Barclaycard Masterloan to see if they can provide me with account numbers?
B. WHICH ADDRESS SHOULD I WRITE TO?
C. I definitely did have PPI because I remember arranging at least one of these loans over the telephone and I didn't want to take insurance when they asked me and they told me that if I didn't take the insurance, they would not give me the loan.
As I say, this was in the eighties so I'm probably flogging a dead horse but if anyone can help me with this it would be much appreciated.
Many thanks …

A. No, and not just because they almost certainly won't have the records any more. You don't need the account numbers to make a complaint - just your complaint reasons and as much information as you can remember.
B. THE ONE ON THEIR WEBSITE WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA.

However, they'd be in serious breach of DPA if they hadn't deleted your records several decades ago, so I wouldn't spend too much time on it.0 -
