Help to buy - can I exchange and complete on the same day?

Hi there!

Just wondering, with the Help to Buy process is it possible to exchange and complete on the same day?

I've searched everything I can think of in Google to no avail, but I know there are various forms that need to be sent between the solicitor and the Help to Buy agent, so I wondered if there were any restrictions therefore.

Thanks!

To which Help to Buy scheme are you referring?

    HTB ISA?

    HTB Equity Loan?

    HTB Shared Ownership?
  • The equity loan
  • Yes. I did this. As long as everything is in order by the completion date.

Out of interest, who was the developers?
