The prize is a three-night stay at a centrally-located 4-star hotel in NY, with flights, transfers and £250 spending money and also £100 for your friend.


You need to nominate your friend to go on air and answer a question.
I presume that the idea is that you will choose the person that you would take with you.
Entry has to be before 15:00 each day between Monday 10th and Thursday 13th.

Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the competition an Entrant must go to Heart.co.uk and register their details along with the details of a chosen Co Contestant.
4. By entering the details of a Co Contestant, the Entrant warrants that they have sought the permission of their Co Contestant to do so.
5. Online entry will open at 12.30 on 05.09.18 and closes at 15.00 on 13.09.18.
6. 1 entrant will be selected at random on each day of the competition (Mon 10th, Tues 11th, Weds 12th, Thurs 13th September from all the entries received by 15:00 that day.
7. The selected Entrant will be called by Heart and asked to contact their Co Contestant to let them know they have been selected and that they are happy for Heart to contact them on the details supplied. Heart will also confirm they are happy to take part when contact is made.
8. The Entrant and their nominated Co Contestant will be contacted by telephone between 1600 and 1900 on the day they are selected and will be required to talk to the presenter.
9. The conversation will be recorded and played on-air. If either caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated and the next Entrant and Co Contestant will be selected at random.
10. The Entrant and their Co Contestant will be brought to air.
11. The Co Contestant will be set a question to answer.
12. If the Co Contestant answers correctly they will win £100 for themselves and win the Entrant a holiday to New York.
13. If the Co Contestant answers the question incorrectly neither Entrant nor Co Contestant will win anything, and we will select subsequent new Entrants and Co Contestants at random until we get a winner.
