    There will be many people out there who don't have buildings insurance, you can't assume they have it.

    Besides, once exchange has happened there is no reason for them not to cancel it as it's effectively the buyers house. I would always get it.

    Our thoughts exactly! At least the food bank will benefit from all the stuff left in kitchen and we had great fun destroying the sofa to get it out the front door so our sofa can go in! 😂
